Disclosure & Sharing (Applies to Apps Family Product Face X only)

All data we collect is stored in a secure manner and shared with third parties only when this is necessary to enable the functionality of the application's offerings. We temporarily relay on third party web services and information about your facial features to enable the photo animation. Your data will be stored by FunFace no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed. Your facial feature data is stored on the FunFace only for the purpose of creating the photo animation. WE DONOT SELL ANY DATA AT ALL NOR USE IT FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE. FaceX does not control third party platforms, websites or online services, and FaceX is not responsible for their actions. These platforms, websites and online services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your personal information. FaceX encourages you to read the privacy policies of these platforms, websites and online services to find out more about how your usage data may be used by these vendors.

Android Device Permission:

Apps Family do require various permission within app to perform certain tasks for you. We do not access any personal data, store user data or share it publicly. Some time we do require permission to perform certain tasks for you, in such case we first take concent and display proper dialogue to get permisson and we also let our user know how, where and why do we require permisson. All permission are declare within app according to Google play policy.

Sharing of Your Information

Personal Information: We may share your personal information with third parties outside the Company and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates in some circumstances, including: We share your personal information. We may share your personal information with our third-party business partners, vendors and consultants who perform services on our behalf or who help us provide our Services, such as accounting, managerial, technical, marketing or analytic services.We may at any time buy or sell/divest the company, or any combination of its products, services, assets and/or businesses. Personal information such as customer names and phone number, and other user information related to the Service will likely be one of the items transferred in these types of transactions. Payments:

We use google play billing for our product and service. We donot store any information realted to credit cards or any other billing information

Location Data

Some of the apps may request your Location data for a functional purpose. We may use various technologies to determine location, such as GPS, Wi-Fi or other network-based data such as IP address. Your GPS Geo-location is not accessed without your consent and we follow latest guidliness of googleplay polices when ever we access Location. We do NOT provide your Location data for advertising networks and third parties. We do not even store your data.

Children Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively. Data Subject (or User) Data Subject is any living individual who is using our Service and is the subject of Personal Data.
